How do Happy Landlords make me a happy landlord?

Happy Landlords provides a personal solution that covers every requirement of private landlords. We are letting agents and also landlords ourselves, therefore we completely empathise with our members. We understand that every landlord is unique and so has different needs. We do not just offer a facility to advertise on the major property portals, we offer a bespoke letting solution to our members. We are here to make life as easy as possible for our members and your tenants, making our customers happy landlords and your customers happy tenants!

Which membership level is for me?

This entirely depends on how "hands on" you wish to be. Most of our landlords (80%) choose our Gold Membership option. We are more than happy to discuss your needs. Please call us or fill out a contact form and one of our consultants will get back to you.

What does my personal letting consultant do?

Your personal letting consultant will find you quality tenants and ensure that the tenancy runs smoothly. They will advise, help and assist you before, during and post-tenancy. Your consultant is a trained letting professional and likely to be an experienced landlord too. If you need a job doing they will negotiate the best possible price on your behalf. They will, if required, help you source furniture or find a washing machine on 'ebay' for example. Your consultant will get to know you and your needs and will always be friendly and happy to help.

How do I upload my property details?

We like to keep things nice and simple. Once you become a member you can then upload your property details and add photos etc. It really is easy to do even if you aren't that computer savvy! Remember, we are always very willing to help with anything you may need. 

Do I receive discounts if I own multiple properties?

Yes you do. Discounts vary depending on how many properties you would like us to look after. Please call us for details.

How do I make payment for my membership?

The joining fee is initially taken by Paypal, we can also accept debit, credit or amex cards over the phone. For Gold members, we deduct our monthly payment from your rent. For our Silver and Bronze members, monthly payment is made by standing order. VAT is included.

Am I tied into a contract?

The short answer to this is no. We are confident that you will find our service to be both professional and excellent value for money and so we expect you to be members for a long time. If you wish to cancel your membership you may do so at any time.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am until 7pm. Saturday and Sunday, 9am until 5pm. In addition, members will receive a 24 hour emergency contact number.
