Happy Landlords has three levels of service.
Our memberships are organised as follows:
Gold Membership. This entitles the landlord to:-
- Your very own letting consultant to advise and help you in whichever way necessary to keep you a Happy Landlord and your customers 'happy tenants'.
- Your personal consultant will always be on hand to deliver a bespoke service to you and your tenants needs throughout the letting process and the tenancy itself.
- Use our tenant finder service - if Happy Landlords are unable to find a suitable tenant match from our own database then we will advertise on the major property portals and always deliver you a suitable, referenced tenant.
- Free tenant renewal when necessary.
- Free rental appraisal - we will, on a yearly basis, ensure that tenants pay the correct market value of their home - if so instructed to do so by the landlord.
- Download latest tenancy agreements, inventories etc or if you prefer you can receive these by post.
- Negotiated discounts on a wide range of local landlord services. From washing machine repair men to pest control.
- Negotiated discounts on EPC's, gas safety certificate's (legal requirement) etc.
- Rental collections on a monthly basis paid into your account
Gold Membership cost - £100.00 one off members fee and then 3.5% of monthly rental income*.
Silver Membership. This entitles the landlord to:-
- Use our tenant finder service - if Happy Landlords are unable to find a suitable tenant match from our own database then we will advertise on the major property portals and always deliver you a suitable, referenced tenant.
- Free tenant renewal when necessary.
- Download latest tenancy agreements, inventories etc or if you prefer you can receive these by post.
- Negotiated discounts on a wide range of local landlord services. From washing machine repair men to pest control.
- Negotiated discounts on EPC's, gas safety certificate's (legal requirement) etc.
Silver Membership cost - £50.00 one off members fee and then £10.00 per month.
Bronze Membership. This entitles the landlord to:-
- Use our tenant finder service - if Happy Landlords are unable to find a suitable tenant match from our own database then we will advertise on the major property portals and always deliver you a suitable, referenced tenant.
- Free tenant renewal when necessary.
- Download latest tenancy agreements, inventories etc or if you prefer you can receive these by post.
* Subject to minimum monthly payment of £28.00.
